Collins Kayabula, the Officer in Charge of Lambu Police Station, says they are still struggling to establish the man’s identity, adding that he is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed health facility.

Kayabula explains that the man has not been able to speak due to his condition but investigations have been launched to establish facts about the incident. However, the police suspect that the criminals may have planned to throw him in Lake Victoria thinking he was dead.
